Children’s Mobile Crisis Team Services (CMCT)

Philadelphia crisis system services are available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. All mobile crisis calls are received by the DBHIDS Philadelphia Crisis Line (PCL) dispatch center: (215)685-6640.

Bethannna works in partnership with the Philadelphia Crisis system to provide children and youth mobile crisis team services anywhere in the community where a child or youth is experiencing a crisis, including in the home, school or any community-based environment. The focus is on resolving or improving the crisis so the child/youth can remain in their natural setting.

Services include crisis intervention, assessment, counseling, resolution, referral, safety planning, and follow-up. Extended services by mobile crisis teams are available through the Children’s Mobile Crisis Intervention Services.
